Service Description

Your technician is just like an ultrasound tech, they are not qualified to interpret thermal image. They cannot advise, diagnose, or prescribe. Only Interpreting Physicians trained in reading thermal imaging can interpret your thermal report. Once you receive the report, google words that you don't understand & if there's something you need clarification on submit all questions, via email, 72 hrs. prior to appt. Your tech needs time to review your report to personalize this consult. If questions aren't received, your tech has no idea how to help you. This consult will be rescheduled so that you get the most out of this time.

Cancelation Policy

• Need to cancel due to a schedule change? No problem! Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you since we schedule a specific amount of time to dedicate to you and your health. Please be sure to allow plenty of travel time to reach our office at your scheduled time. After the second cancellation, we require a $50 deposit to hold future appointments. Our investment of time in your health is extremely important to us in helping you achieve optimal health while creating a personalized plan specific to you!
