Service Description

** This service in not covered by medical insurance. A $25 nonrefundable deposit, to be applied to cost of service, is required for booking. This is a 45 minute TeleHealth appointment where together we will review your past thermograms (from our office - we do not review other companies thermograms) and one recent lab that your Doctor or Carole - FDN-Practitioner, has ordered. Your Practitioner will call you at the time scheduled at the number on file. We'll work on creating a plan for optimal health. A must schedule if you are experiencing chronic health issues. Lab must be sent 72 hours prior to appointment. Your purchase is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another service. All fees shall be deemed to have been earned upon payment.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for staff and other clients, If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. We schedule a specific amount of time to dedicate to you and your health.
