• Are they a mobile technician? If so, ask: How are they maintaining medical-grade imaging standards from place to place?

• What’s their camera’s resolution, and how often is it calibrated if they're mobile and the camera is being moved daily?

• Is the room temperature controlled and what temperature do they keep it? 

• Do they image in complete darkness?

• How much training and experience do the technicians have? Do they meet specific yearly continuing ed requirements?

• Do they offer privacy imaging behind a divider or do they image in the same room with you?

• Who interprets the thermal images? Is it a Board-Certified M.D. trained specifically in thermography?

 

If they answered NO to any of these questions - it is NOT true medical imaging! Call us instead!
