Come in during your birth month and save $25 on a Health Study (top of the head to pubic bone) Men & Women Health Study includes: Head, neck, chest, breast, back, abdomen. The head and neck images can identify dental infections, TMJ, sinus issues, carotid artery disease, thyroid dysfunction and more. The chest images include the breast but also looks at the heart, lungs, esophagus and spinal problems. The abdomen can see if there is developing pathology in the bladder, uterus, colon, liver, gallbladder and more. At Functional Wellness, our affordable Health Study provides a thorough overview of your body, uncovering potential areas for improvement. Start addressing your health needs and give the gift of wellness to yourself on your special day. We do not accept medical insurance. We accept Visa/MC, cash or personal check. A 3% service charge will be added if using a credit card. A $100 nonrefundable deposit, to be applied to cost of service, is required for booking. ** Payment due: Clients pay balance of $325 at the time of service. Your purchase is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another service. All fees shall be deemed to have been earned upon payment. Valid during birth month ONLY!

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for staff and other clients, If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. We schedule a specific amount of time to dedicate to you and your health.
