Our clinic is designed for clients who want to truly understand their health, track changes over time, and make informed decisions. Your baseline thermogram is only the first step—the follow-up thermogram is where the real insight happens! Images ARE NOT interpreted at your appointment. Breast Thermogram appointments include: * 10 high-resolution thermal breast images, includes chest and upper back images * Personalized thermal imaging session with a clinical certified thermographer * A comprehensive report available within 5 business days * Doctor of Natural Medicine and/or Board-Certified MD interprets the images Any ultrasounds or MRI's mentioned in the thermography report is suggestive only and offered as an optional adjunct to add information to a patient’s medical history. All medical decisions including whether to pursue additional screening are made by the patient in collaboration with her healthcare provider. Thermography is best utilized as part of a comprehensive, proactive approach to health monitoring. Booking & Payment Details: A $50 deposit is required to personalize and reserve your appointment and is applied to the total cost. Balance due at check-in. We accept cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard. When you book an appointment, we require a deposit to save your spot—like holding your place in line. That deposit goes toward your visit, as long as you tell us in time if you need to change or cancel. If you don’t show up or don’t give enough notice, we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. Here’s what to remember: You need to call before your appointment if you are going to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy is in place to respect the time of our technicians.
