Our clinic is designed for clients who want to truly understand their health, track changes over time, and make informed decisions. A baseline thermogram is only the first step—the follow-up thermogram is where the real insight happens. When you book an appointment, we require a deposit to save your spot—like holding your place in line. That deposit goes toward your visit, as long as you tell us in time if you need to change or cancel. If you don’t show up or don’t give enough notice, we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. Here’s what to remember: You need to call us AT LEAST 2 days before your appointment if you are going to cancel. When you come in for your initial breast images, the doctor needs two separate imaging sessions to be sure everything is okay. The first appointment shows how things look today. The follow up, taken 3–6 months later, helps the doctor make sure nothing is changing in a bad way. Once the doctor knows what is normal for YOU, then you only need to check once every year. Images ARE NOT interpreted at your appointment - Breast Thermogram appointments include: * EIGHT (8) high-resolution thermal images * Personalized thermal imaging session with a clinical certified thermographer * A comprehensive report emailed directly to you within 10 business days * Board-Certified M.D. interprets the images. Report emailed direct to you. * Initial appointment includes one 15 minute non-clinical phone call with a Technician to help you understand the color patterns in your report. Understanding the Role of Thermography - Thermography is a non-diagnostic screening tool that evaluates patterns of heat related to inflammation, blood flow, and circulation. It does not diagnose breast cancer, does not replace mammograms, ultrasounds, or care from a physician, and is not intended to create fear or urgency. Want to save some money?
