Follow-Up / Annual Breast Thermogram – This breast thermogram is for clients who have already completed their initial baseline breast thermography at Functional Wellness & Imaging office. Your first thermogram is your initial baseline, and it’s the comparison that comes later that tells the real story. The first thermogram shows patterns, not answers! It's like the “before” photo. It shows how your body’s heat is distributed and where inflammation or vascular changes might exist. The follow-up scan is where the magic happens! When we compare your follow-up images to your baseline, we can see what’s changed — what’s improving, what’s stable, and what might need attention. Without that second set, we can’t measure progress or pinpoint emerging concerns. We’re passionate about thermography done correctly, which means establishing a baseline and then comparing it at your follow-up appointment. This comparative screening allows us to track subtle shifts, helping you and your healthcare provider make more informed decisions about your long-term wellness. The Follow-up Breast Thermogram includes: * EIGHT (8) updated thermal images. Other thermography companies only provide FIVE (5) images * One personalized breast thermal imaging session with a certified thermography technician. * Board-certified physician interpretation of thermal images emailed within 10 business days. Understanding the Role of Thermography - Thermography is a non-diagnostic screening tool that evaluates patterns of heat related to inflammation, blood flow, and circulation. It does not diagnose breast cancer, does not replace mammograms, ultrasounds, or care from a physician, and is not intended to create fear or urgency. Any follow-up imaging mentioned in a thermography report is suggestive only and offered as an optional adjunct to add information to a patient’s medical history. All medical decisions including whether to pursue additional screening are made by the patient. * Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
