Service Description
We’ve had several clients mention that they’re unsure what to do next after receiving the thermography report. We want to clarify how this process works: Our office offers one free 15-minute phone call with a Thermography Technician AFTER you receive the initial baseline report. You will NOT be speaking with a Doctor during this call. This complementary call is with a Technician and is included in the cost of the initial baseline appointment. This phone call is to help you understand the color patterns in the report. It is not to diagnose or discuss treatment options. Technicians are not doctors and CANNOT advise, diagnosis, prescribe, or interpret images. A technician will CALL YOU at the time scheduled, at the phone number we have on file. ** It is your responsibility to send this report to your doctor.
Cancellation Policy
Your purchase is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another service. All fees shall be deemed to have been earned upon payment. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment. By registering online, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any payment made as you are fully aware. Out of respect for staff and other clients, If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. We schedule a specific amount of time to dedicate to you and your health.
