When you book an appointment, we require a deposit to save your spot—like holding your place in line. That deposit goes toward your visit, as long as you tell us in time if you need to change or cancel. If you don’t show up or don’t give enough notice, we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. Here’s what to remember: You need to CALL us AT LEAST 2 days before your appointment if you are going to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy is in place to respect the time of our technicians.
