Discover this unique therapy —exclusively at our clinic, the only one in Ohio offering this service. This is NOT a massage. Come to the appointment wearing loose-fitting or athletic clothing. You will stay fully clothed during this amazing experience! This 90-minute session incorporates yoga-like stretches to reduce stress and improve circulation. We'll work on your trouble areas using compression with gentle stretching that will enhance the flexibility, allowing a greater range of motion. This session also involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to open channels that will improve the flow of energy throughout the body. Client has the option of ending the last 20 minutes of this session with a relaxing Biomat/CHI to enhance this therapy. * Please let your therapist know at the start of your session if you would like to do this!
