Free call with a tech after thermogram

Service Description

We’ve had several clients mention that they’re unsure what to do next after receiving the thermography report. We want to clarify how this process works: Our office offers one free 15-minute phone call with a Thermography Technician AFTER you receive the report. You will NOT be speaking with an M.D. during this call. This complementary call is with a Technician and IS INCLUDED in the cost of the initial thermography appointment. This call is to help you understand the color patterns in the report. It is not to diagnose or discuss treatment options. Technicians are not doctors and CANNOT advise, diagnosis, prescribe, or interpret images. Click BOOK NOW to schedule this phone call with a Thermography Technician. The Tech will CALL YOU at the time scheduled. Your thermal images are interpreted by a Board-Certified M.D. That doctor interprets your images and provides a detailed report. This report is emailed to you within 10 business days. It is your responsibility to send this report to your personal medical doctor. If you’d like to discuss the report with the M.D. that interpreted your images, there is a separate fee to do this. We provide the contact information for the M.D. You have to call them yourself to schedule this appointment. * PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional fee to consult with the M.D. and IS NOT included in the thermography screening appointment.
