At Functional Wellness & Imaging, we offer an Annual Ultrasound Clinic designed to prioritize your breast health. We host a mobile breast screening service at our Medina, OH office that provides state-of-the-art ultrasound technology. We have found a qualified, caring ultrasound tech, committed to your well-being. Register today & secure your spot! Due to this being a one day clinic, LIMITED spots available. Ultrasound Clinic - Saturday, October 14, 2023 Only 4 spots left! We DO NOT accept Medicare, Medicaid, or third-party insurances. This is a one day clinic only. Spots fill fast - book today! Our ultrasound technician is only at our office one day for this breast ultrasound clinic. She will review your thermogram prior to you coming in for this appt. We require a non-refundable fee of $290 at time of booking. Your appointment includes: one bilateral breast ultrasound with radiologist read report. Comprehensive report emailed direct to patient within 7-10 working days. Providing results to HCP is patients responsibility. Your purchase is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another service. All fees shall be deemed to have been earned upon payment.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for staff and other clients, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. We schedule a specific amount of time to dedicate to you and your health. After the second cancellation a $50 deposit to hold future appointments is required.
