By purchasing a thermal health screening and/or any educational protocols, you are agreeing to consent of the following. I understand that Carole Laney, CT, FDN-P, is not providing medical services. I will not consider anything she says to substitute in any way for consultation, diagnosis and treatment by a licensed primary health care provider, such as an M.D. or medical doctor. Carole Laney, is not a licensed medical doctor (M.D.) or a licensed primary health care provider.

Pursuant to Ohio Business and Professional Code, Carole is legally allowed to offer health therapy, education and counseling as a Certified Thermographer and as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She does not diagnose, prescribe, advise, interpret or treat symptom, defect, injury or disease. Protocols and suggestions are for education purposes only. If I want medical advice or treatment, I am encouraged to consult with a licensed primary health care provider. Carole Laney conveys self-help information that people can use to expand their own health and well-being, but I am fully responsible for how I choose to utilize the education she provides. Carole is here to guide, facilitate and teach, but no one knows my body better than me. I come to Carole Laney with purity of purpose. I seek education and information only. I state that I do not come with any forethought or desire of entrapping educator, Carole Laney into an illegal statement. If I am a member of the AMA, the F.D.A. or any law enforcement agency, or any city, county, state of federal regulatory agency, then I will identify myself as such before educational services begin. I understand that sciences and studies are constantly proving and disproving health evidence.

Over 10,000 PubMed studies have been disproven and deleted from the database since their publishing’s. In the field of nutritional and herbal modern sciences, there are studies to “prove” many conflicting and oppositional ideas. I enter into thermal imaging and/or educational protocols with an open mind, understanding that she is delivering both current scientific and ancient folklore to the best of her ability. But that I am the one responsible for how I interpret and utilize the information and education delivered.
