Your Baseline Is Only the Beginning — Follow-Ups Are the Key to Prevention

ree

A single thermogram gives us a snapshot in time but prevention is all about the movie, not the still frame. Your first thermogram is your baseline, and it’s the comparison that comes later that tells the real story.

Your baseline thermogram shows patterns — not answers!

It's like the “before” photo. It shows how your body’s heat is distributed and where inflammation or vascular changes might exist.

The follow-up scan is where the magic happens. When we compare your follow-up images to your baseline, we can see what’s changed, what’s improving, what’s stable, and what might need attention. Without that second set, we can’t measure progress or pinpoint emerging concerns.

This is how thermography becomes truly preventative.

It's not about catching disease, it’s about identifying shifts long before symptoms or lab markers appear.

In short: Baseline = starting point. Follow-up = answers.

Don’t skip the most important part of the process! If your report says “3-month follow-up recommended” or if it’s been a year since your last scan, now’s the time to book your follow-up. Book here: https://www.functionalwellnessandimaging.com/service-page/followup-annual-breast-thermogram-1
